The contemporary craftsman style of this home utilized the original style with a modern flair. By opening up the floor plan, this home now has ample space, inside and out.

Design Details – To make a 40 year old home come to life and added a sound studio with sound safe space. Most importantly, accentuated the views of the ocean.
Problem Solved – Was able to navigate the difficult process and make the build and design compliant with county regulations. Also was able to do the build completely remotely.
Special Materials – Parceling pavers for outdoor courtyard living room.
